DESCRIPTION:<p>The Residents and Fellows' Collaborative Educational Initiative is an endeavor to connect chief residents and other PGY-4, 5, 6 and psychiatry residents/fellows across the Harvard system who share an interest in medical student education. Interested residents will be invited to an interactive workshop on multiple choice question writing in psychiatry. The aim of the workshop is to learn best strategies in creating questions and then to write questions for uploading to a recently developed website interface that can be used by students and residents alike in preparation for the shelf, PRITE, and Board exams.</p>
